Are your products genuinely handmade?
Absolutely. Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by skilled Balinese artisans. No mass production, no shortcuts. That's our promise.
Are there slight variations between products?
Yes — and that's what makes them special. Because every piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in colour, size, and finish. This is a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods, not a defect.
How do I care for my Balinese homewares?
Most of our pieces are best kept out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For wooden pieces, we recommend occasional treatment with a natural wood oil. For ceramics, hand washing is preferred over dishwashers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love every piece you bring home. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange my order?

Where are your products sourced from?
All of our products are sourced directly from Bali, Indonesia. We travel to Bali regularly to handpick pieces from skilled local artisans and markets.
