This black scroll carries six panels of color, each holding a virtue and its kanji: Love, Peace, Harmony, Happiness, Wisdom, and Courage, with a short teaching beneath each one. It's less a single message than a whole practice, unrolled — a reminder that a considered life is made of many small ones, laid one beneath the other.
Made in the tradition of Balinese ritual textiles, the banner is hand screen-printed onto woven cotton and finished with wooden dowels top and bottom, hung by a length of black cord. Unroll it, hang it, and let it do its slow work.
